Twister...1996
Creating a sound, deep kind of “Presence” that appears light and fleeting in an open space.
A ‘thought’, a momentary glimpse turned into an actual physical but (still) abstract manifestation.
Another one of my objectives during the creation of the shown pieces was that they could be completely taken apart and not too heavy or cumbersome to transport.
Four pieces from my 1996 September show at the “Galerie Nikolaus Fischer”, Frankfurt, Germany. From left to right: Lines Painting No.1, All in the Mind, Fighting with Instrument and Twister. The 2nd photo shows my studio in Madrid, Spring 1996 with unfinished “Twister” object and the little model of “Fighting with Instrument”.
